Statement on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Dear loyal C&T customer,
Following the UK government’s announcement yesterday evening to apply further restrictions on the movement of people and to increase isolation, I am writing to update you regarding C&T’s current operational status.
Our first concern is the health and safety of our employees and their families. We have therefore adopted the following temporary policies:
No external visitors permitted on-site
Any staff capable of working from home should do so immediately
Any vulnerable staff with underlying health issues should not return to work until further notice
Any staff with suspected Covid 19 symptoms should self isolate as per NHS guidelines
Remaining staff reminded to increase sanitation and keep themselves as safe as possible
Despite these new policies, I am pleased to say C&T Matrix remains fully operational.

Any technical support you require continues to be available as normal from our outstanding team.
Our manufacturing remains fully operational to service our profile rubber and creasing matrix orders. Furthermore, we have increased the finished good stock of our other consumables products. You can remain confident in our ability to fulfil all orders and our team are on hand to ensure we can support your business during this critical time.
We recognise the important role that C&T and its customers play in supporting the packaging, food and pharmaceutical industries at this challenging time. We will strive to continue satisfying your needs and we thank you for your ongoing support.
