Anvil Covers

ASTIN Anvil Covers are produced from a simple but very accurate formulation to maximise production efficiency.

The internal fiberglass reinforcement is needed to keep the dimensional accuracy, against the natural instinct of polyurethane parts to vary the dimensions with temperature changes. The fiberglass net is very light making it easier to install, rotate and remove the anvil covers.

Rule Edge Protection Rubber

Our newly developed rule edge protection rubber is principally used within the die-making department supplying manufactured cutting blades to the VAC FORMING/THERMO FORMING sectors.

The rule edge protection rubber is easily applied to the sharp edge of the cutting blades, covering the whole bevel geometry, it will prevent nicks or damage to the cutting edge of the blades during storage and during any internal/external transportation process.

Bottom Stripping Pins

C&T Matrix bottom/lower stripping pins have been designed for longevity and on-press performance.

Brass composite is used for the body of the pin, which self-lubricates the needle for a smooth action.

Bonding Glue

C&T MATRIX is pleased to introduce KG-401F CYANOACRYLATE GLUE to its expanding range of products to meet the growing demands of the die making and converting industries. 

KG-401F has been specifically formulated to provide one of the fastest bonds that will hold the positioned product in place. It is the ideal product for securing all types of ejection rubber to die boards within both FLATBED and ROTARY markets.
